The Company Founder, Mr. Knut J. Ness has more than 25 years in the airline industry. He takes pride in being a true Aviation Person, with a sincere interest in - and understanding of the Operational, Technical and Commercial aspects of this exciting industry. The emphasis is always on finding practical solutions and getting things done. While working on Cabin Interior Upgrade Projects, he highly appreciates fresh, contemporary designs, yet likes to keep a watchful eye on robustness, longevity and maintainability. "Anyone can build and show a mock-up, but the design is only great if the item still looks good and works well after a while in use (and abuse..). For new designs, a great deal of experience based anticipation is needed."

Project / Program Manager (Aircraft Modifications, Upgrades, Aircraft Transfers etc) communicating at all organisational levels and across multiple cultures. Works independently, or as part of larger teams. Draws on the resources from a network of professionals when required.

Well versed dealing / coordinating with multiple suppliers (BFE/MRO liaison) and engineering / certification integrators.
Practical EASA Part 21 Certification Competence and EASA Part M Continuing Airworthiness Competence
